First flight was delayed and then they moved up departure time for flight - not ideal. made it but sprinted the entire time and messed up my ankle

All aspects of the flight went like clockwork and staff were friendly and attentive.

We initially flew from Osaka to Vancouver and ear buds and food were all inclusive. We were surprised that from Vancouver to Toronto we had to pay for all of this - and the flight attendant did not give us what we ordered/paid for. $6 for a bag of almonds is crazy - and I asked for hummus. Very surprised we had to pay for the ear buds in order to watch the movies.

The flight was very turbulent. The who 3 hours we mostly needed seat belts. Plane is older and does not have tv screens so no entertainment.

Experienced flight cancelations and delays in 5 days. They seem pretty common to AC. Experienced with one of AC's check-in agents at the counter of a big liar. She lied and acted (yes like acting in a movie) that an early flight was fully booked and refused to rebook me, but my flight was delayed two hours so I could not make my connection. Later, I got help at the gate to switch the early flight (Big thanks to that agent). Ater boading, I found the early flight was only 2/3 full meaning there was almost one vacant seat in a 3-person seater, and multiple empty 3-seaters. AC is wired that it is filled with good and bad employees. BTW, AC employees seem never smile, or they don't know how.

Flight was delayed at least 4 times then once we boarded they found a problem with the plane and we had to de-plane and wait another hour for a different plane. I was an hour late for my performance.

Not much food/snacks. I had just tea and it was so bitter.

I was offered earphones at the beginning of the flight, my meal and snacks were good and the attendant was proactive with all my needs and offered seconds of drinks. She was very attentive even when there were .any demands on her

We ordered kosher meals, did not get them We didn’t eat The corresponding flight from Brussels was worse as it was a very low cost flight with no entertainment whatsoever and no kosher food either We had to pay for a bottle of water to take our medication In other words, my sister and I had to endure a 20 hours fast

My husbands flight last night Vancouver/Sydney was 90 minutes late in leaving. My flight tonight Vancouver/Seattle was also late in departing.

The Lufthansa flight was delayed, and I missed the connecting flight. Lufthansa customer service have not been helpful in rebooking the subsequent flight with Air India (another airline that is part of the Star Alliance). Lufthansa told me it's not their responsibility, and Air India says the PNR is part of Lufthansa, so they are not responsible for rebooking. Lufthansa customer service asked me to contact the counter at Delhi airport, but no one was available there. I am caught between these two airlines, and ultimately, Air India decided to reschedule my flight after 18 hours. I am stranded at Delhi airport. I can't go out because if I do, I can't come back in, and I can't get past security to get food. My 3-year-old and our family stranded here for 12 hours without food and water.

The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.

Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Generally everything was OK,except the food but that seems to be a normal tendency for all the airlines nowadays

Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.

Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.

Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.
